Underbelly:The Art of Slowing Down Underbelly is a therapeutic movement and emotional processing experience that allows us to slow down, return to spaciousness, and intimately receive our lives. This “somatic meditation in motion” invites us into the questions, doing nothing, self-reflection, embodiment, subtle energy, listening, and returning to agency instead of being told what to do all the time. It allows us to feel our individuation and togetherness in a group field—to deepen our presence and attunement, to be witnessed, held, considered and noticed exactly as we are. Spend quality time with your body, breath and being while in an immersive aesthetic of light and sound. Voyage beneath the surface of our fast culture, and dive into a slow sanctuary for unearthing what is alive, tender, honest and real for you in every moment. This experience is not a solution, method, workshop or teaching of tools. It is an intentional/invitational container for self-discovery, self-care, facilitated deep diving, awareness cultivation and spacious inquiry.
Underbelly Small Group and Private Sessions: Private sessions are offered as we work therapeutically 1-on-1 or in small groups to access the wisdom and emotional layers of the self. Sessions are personalized and guided for your particular human landscape and relationships. This is an opportunity for you to be intimately and somatically held as you give yourself permission to unfold and unlock.
