1-1 Somatic Sessions:
With this approach, the body becomes a door to our deepest unmet needs, often stemming from childhood and other trauma.  By establishing safety and meeting tension exactly as it is on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, we begin to hear, acknowledge, and develop intimacy with our wounded places.  We practice expanding our capacity to lovingly stay with ourselves (and younger selves) without forcing, fixing, or running away. We allow ourselves to re-unite with feelings that were not safe to feel long ago. This trauma informed somatic work puts us in touch with how we protect ourselves, what we do/have done to survive, and slowly re-wires the nervous system for a more sustainable and authentic existence.  Engaging with this work is not a quick pop of a pill. It is about developing self-mastery over a lifetime, learning what it means to show up as loving awareness to all of the places in us. This work centers and supports the wisdom of the body and is led by its intelligent vital force.  It incorporates elements of Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, intuitive/somatic sensing, therapeutic touch and is held with radical, loving, and maternal presence.

1-1  Contact Movement Sessions:  Do you want to dance and move with others in an attuned way? Do you feel nervous around connection or touch? Do things move too quickly? Are you unsure of what to do or how to get started? With this approach, we'll focus on body/somatic awareness, feeling, sensing, tactile faculties, weight sharing, freedom and flow through the lens of slowing down and deep listening. This is not about having the right moves, being impressive, or learning specific choreography. This is about staying rooted in your present experience while relating generously with another. This is about deep care and intimate co-creation.

Intuitive Bodywork:
With this approach, we slowly tend to the body with emotional care, intuitive touch, and somatic awareness. We'll work with tightness, soreness, atrophy, contraction, overuse, the aging process, and spend time with injured places. We'll also allow the nervous system to rest, relax, and resource itself while improving chi and circulation. This type of bodywork doesn't have an agenda and follows the individual's emergent process, body wisdom, unique needs. It can incorporate elements of therapeutic yoga, fascial massage, stretching, strengthening, and energy work depending on what's alive in the moment.

Underbelly Private Sessions:
This practice has the same structure as Underbelly weekly sessions but is personalized for smaller groups and dyads.
