Intuitive-Emotional Bodywork:
With this approach, the body becomes a door to our subconscious emotions and deepest needs. By meeting tension exactly as it is on physical and energetic levels, the body-mind system will begin to hear, acknowledge, and become intimate with itself. We practice gently meeting ourselves and staying there, without forcing or fixing. This type of bodywork incorporates elements of Reiki, intuitive/somatic sensing, working with the chakras and meridians, therapeutic touch, and parts work.
Private Yoga:
Want to start learning yoga or doing yoga with your family/friends? Taught with emotional care, intuitive insight, and a somatic approach, this practice of Yoga helps release buried emotions and tension build up in the body. It helps with balance and improvement of overall health, as well as strength and flexibility while creating a deeper connection to yourself and others. Private and small group settings are a great way to learn about alignment and receive a personally tailored practice. Styles of yoga include: Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Yin.
